Royal Bermuda Yacht Club

Yesterday saw the culmination of another successful Cabbage Patch Charity Keelboat Regatta as the Club, along with sponsor Digicel Bermuda, handed over the donation cheque to Bermuda Diabetes Association. Eleven competing boats, along with a fantastic 'on the dock' raffle, meant we could donate over $8,000 to a great cause.

Thanks to Jon Corless for once again organising such a great event. The 3rd Annual Cabbage Patch Charity Regatta sponsored by Digicel is set to take place September 23, 2012. The press came out in force yesterday, which surprised us all. Here's Bernews' coverage of the event:
