RBYC offers after school and weekend Sailing Programmes during the Spring, Fall and Winter terms both for Junior and High School age children.

Additional Sailing Clinics are also offered at various times of the year - please see the Sailing Clinics section on the right of this page for details of upcoming courses.

 Sea Squirts Minimize

We are happy to advise that this summer RBYC will be offering a “Sea Squirts” sailing program. This “fun with boats” course is an opportunity for younger children to enjoy time on the water and learn the basics of sailing. Each day the children will participate in a different activity and craft to do with the water.

Courses run for one week, Mon to Fri 9am -12pm
Cost $200 per week (RBYC members $185) 
  - 2010 course dates are July 5-9, July 12-16 & July 19-23 (maximum six students per week) Students must have at least finished P-1 and be able to swim. 
 

RBYC members will have the first option to register, until May 1st, after which the courses will be opened to non-members also on a first come first served basis. Contact Audrey in the Sailing Office at sailingoffice@rbyc.bm or 294-6716 for registration forms or see the forms section.


 Summer Sailing Minimize

A special thanks to all who participated in the 2009 Summer Junior Sailing Programme. It was a great success and we are looking forward to seeing the students this summer!

2010 Summer Junior Sailing Programme
Registration is now open for the 2010 Summer Junior Sailing programme.  We are offering weekday courses for the following groups of sailors:
- Introduction Optimist
- Intermediate Optimist
- Advanced Optimist
- Beginner 420
- Advanced 420

Register Early!
You will find all the required registration materials on the right hand side of this page.  Please check with the Sailing Office at sailingoffice@rbyc.bm or 294-6716 if you have questions regarding your child’s placement level.  A student may be signed up for one particular course, but the Instructors may suggest a mid-session change to a more advanced course.
